Noble Hill Wines!!
Noble Hill is an organic estate grower on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains.
We follow a regenerative farming philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with a mineral structure. We hope you can taste the granite character of our soils in every glass! The Simonsberg mountains, where our vineyards are located, have produced South Africa’s finest wines for more than 300 years.

SAUVIGNON BLANC 2022 $16.99
With its golden yellow colour, the Noble Sauvignon Blanc features beautiful tropical aromas of honeycomb, tropical fruits, and pineapple. On the palate, notes of caramel, melon, nectarine, fig, and citrus stand out.
A wine with lovely balance, lingering flavour and acidity.

ESTATE RESERVE WHITE 2021 $25.99
Each component of the reserve blend carries different varietal characteristics and reflects slight soil differences between different vineyards on the estate. It is a true reflection of our terroir. Our Grenache Blanc (50%) grows as untrellised bush vines, giving the grapes even sun exposure and providing the blend with a ripe, sun-kissed taste. Marsanne (38%) provides an unctuous weight to the palate. Our heritage Chenin Blanc (9%) adds balanced acidity, herbaceous aromas, and a delicate mineral flavour. We select Viognier (2%) from two sites on the estate to give the finished wine a balanced character.

FIELD ATLAS 2021 $22.99
Field Atlas reminds us of fresh black cherries, liquorice, and black pepper.
The wine is delicate, smooth and balanced. The oak is well-integrated and will age through at least 2026.
Produced in respect of natural processes, some sedimentation may occur in bottle.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2020 $22.99
Cabernet has grown on the granite slopes of the Simonsberg mountain for over 300 years and produces classic, elegant wines. Aromas of cassis and Moroccan mint underlined by robust tannins and a long finish.South Africa may be defined as a New World wine producer but this can be a bit of a misnomer: our vineyards are planted in some of the world’s oldest soils. The decomposed granite soils that define our vineyards give this wine an earthy, cool and distinctively Old World character.
We taste black fruit, cedar, and a hint of spice.
This wine should age elegantly and show increased refinement through at least 2031.

ESTATE RESERVE RED WINE SIMONSBERG-PAARL $25.99

We strive to make wines that are fruitful, delicate, and balanced. We grow our estate grapes organically and follow a minimal- intervention winemaking philosophy. Our estate reserve reflects the knowledge, dedication and intuition of our entire enterprise. This wine elicits the aromas and tastes of fresh black currant, plum, and a touch of mint. Oak plays a well-integrated supporting role. This vintage can be enjoyed confidently from now through 2030.
