The Wines!!
Foris Pinot Gris, Rogue Valley $18.99
Bright straw-gold in color and aromas of honeysuckle,
with white peach and herbs as the wine opens up.
It opens on the palate with lemongrass, nectarine and finishes with a sweet ginger spiciness.

Chasing Lions Chardonnay $19.99
This Chardonnay is sourced in Monterey has flavors of melon, citrus fruit, apples and a slight bit of tropical fruit and the juice from Lodi lends the crisp, refreshing acidity. This is your weekday wine to quaff or enjoy with fish, shellfish, veggies, salads, chicken and pasta.

Sass Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley $30.99
The nose of the Sass had a noticeable sharpness, a slight medicinal quality (in a good way), and a subtle sweet anise and toasted oak. The flavor of the wine contrasts a vanilla caramel sweetness against a more acidic, somewhat astringent, cranberry, resulting in an interesting tasty wine. In some tastes, the acid and cranberry seemed more prominent, then in the next taste I would get stronger toasted caramel notes. Strawberry and cherry comes through as well.

Parcel 41 Merlot, Sonoma Valley $21.99
93% Merlot, 3% Petit Sirah
The Parcel 41 Merlot shines ruby red in the glass, with shimmering purple undertones. The nose is dark and alluring, with aromas of black currant, saddle leather, and milk chocolate, with a subtle and delicate floral note. The mouth is soft and substantial, with round, mouth-filling tannins layering smoothly with the densely packed flavors of chocolate-covered cherries, spicy black plum, and smoky espresso.
This wine is a crowd pleaser and will pair well with a meal of pan roasted pork chops with thyme and currants,
served with bacon-roasted Brussels sprouts and a wild rice pilaf.

Hedges C.M.S. Cabernet Sauvignon $23.99
NEW!
76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Syrah, 8% Merlot
This unique combination of grapes always produces a wine with a pleasant aromatic character. This sustainably-grown and vegan Washington-grown red pours a gorgeous dark crimson color. A little bit of cassis, fig, black pepper and cinnamon bark add to this exotic and interesting wine. The wine shines through on the palate adding a lot of structure, backbone and dark flavors. The Syrah and Merlot balance well and add a slight softening effect on the mouthfeel of the Cab. This is a bold and delicious red! Dark magenta color. So much fruit in this wine, ranging from fresh blackberry and raspberry to mixed berry jam. The mix of intense fruit, dark cocoa, vanilla, dried herbs and tobacco is very classic Cabernet, but the Syrah and Merlot add a softness and smoothness to the palate that really make this wine a pleasant experience weather its sipping with friends or paired with a serious meal.
