This brand new release is no different with a brilliantly bright and lite body with a white creamy head. Aromas of Sauvignon Blanc grapes and lime waft from the glass.
Bitterness is firm, but light enough to let the crisp malt body shine.
Dry Hopped: Motueka and Nelson Sauvin.

MARGERUM SYBARITE SAUVIGNON BLANC $22.99
Light and bright white with delicate hints of green. On the nose, exuberant and bursting with green fruits of kiwi, lime and melon mixed with green and yellow citrus blossoms, lime leaf, fresh grass and fragrant herbs. Great energy and alive on the palate with a wonderful minerally and wet stony texture. Layers of slate, grapefruit, honeydew melon, honeysuckle and lemongrass. Classic Loire style Sauvignon Blanc except with low SO2.

Pink-fleshed melons and delicate, rocky earth aromas converge on the nose of this bottling.
The palate is spritzy in acidity, with a chalky texture and white-rock flavor
that complement the crisp strawberry and plum core.
Winemaker Notes: Ballet slipper pink with just a slight orange hue. Very pronounced creamy aromas of strawberry and watermelon with floral notes of verbena, passion fruit, and orange blossom. Not shy at all right after bottling. Dry, crisp and dancing on the palate. Just right fruitiness and candy cane flavors that include subtle banana, strawberry, and sweet tarts. The fruitiness is balanced with a touch of mouthwatering acidity and plenty of verve.
STANGELAND PINOT NOIR EOLA HILLS CUVEE' $29.99
A textbook example of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, Stangeland continues to set the standard for the region. Brilliant magenta. Musky, spice-tinged dark berry and cherry pit aromas, along with hints of licorice and cola. Plush and open-knot, offering jammy blackberry and cherry compote flavors that are sharpened by a suggestion of cracked pepper. Supple tannins come in slowly on the clinging finish, which leaves a suggestion of blackberry liqueur behind.
DARBY "PURPLE HAZE" RED BLEND $24.99
It’s a rich and deep blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah and Merlot plus Grenache and Mourvedre. Cab’s blackcurrant, blackberry, fig, and cured tobacco character is very much front and center. Certainly 16 months in very high-end French oak gave the wine a nice, smooth, sheen and added some spice. Deep purple in the glass, where it serves up deep aromas of red currant, black raspberry and plum with accents of dark chocolate, smoke, spice and subtle herb.
The big, bold, flavors showcase that lovely rich fruit with extra complexity from notes of sweet tobacco, black licorice, mocha, cedar and spice. It’s mouth filling, for sure, but not heavy or thick, with firm but smooth tannins giving shape and length to the mocha, violet, and ripe fruit flavored finish. Enjoy right now as a terrific cookout/steak Cab blend and don’t be afraid to hold on to some for a while as it improves for 4-6 years.
