Just up the coast from Cassis, I enjoyed lunch with Domaine La Maionnette owner Jean-Louis Malard 
and his son.



Our Thoughts on this wine....
Stainless steel fermented and harvested at night to keep  it's freshness.
The production is too small to be reviewed by the critics.
This supple white Provençal wine shows brilliant light straw yellow color with off the chart aromas of citrus, flowers and stone fruits. The mid-palate is dominated by notes of exotic fruits, ripe peach,
red Anjous pear, lemon zest and  a hint of honey.
It rounds up on the finish yet displays good acidity and balance though out a lengthy encore.
Fine and elegant, this bottling is everything a white should be!
