The Beers!!
Ayinger OktoberFest-Marzen, 4 pack 12 oz $14.99

ABV  5.8%
Ayinger Oktober Fest Märzen has a deep golden color tinted with amber. It is lightly sweet with a malty nose balanced with floral hops. It's medium to big body and alcohol are not overpowering. The soft dryness comes from long maturation.

Maine Beer Co. Woods and Waters, 500mL $8.99
ABV  6.2%
We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us!

Maine Beer Co. Lunch IPA, 500mL $8.99
ABV 7%
Nose is piney, lemon, orange zest, some subtle grapefruit notes, tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is round, carbonated, malty. Taste is bitter grassy, pine up front, fruity grapefruit, creamy orange notes on the end. Finish is fruity medium bitterness, balanced complexity.
Lunch is a superbly balanced, expertly crafted IPA

The Wines!!
Steininger Rose' of Cabernet $15.99

Pale Rose in color. On the nose, it's an elegant mix of flowers, fruit and tender greens. The taste of ripe raspberry, black currant and violets fills the palate. Finishes with crisp acidity and great balance. Refreshing and mouthwatering. Pairings: salads with seafood, salmon and also ham dishes. But it also gives great pleasure as an aperitif or as a fresh summer wine to be enjoyed on the terrace.

Tegernseerhof T26 Gruner Veltliner $17.99
“T26” gets its name from the tank (number 26!) in which Martin Mittelbach makes this hand-selected wine in his family owned winery, “Tegernseerhof” Estb. 1176 AD.
The nose has the aromas of green apples, melon, and a hint of citrus.
These fruits follow through on the palate of this exceptionally well-balanced wine. Mineral notes along with white pepper and a touch of spice help to create its refreshing and long finish.

Hillinger Blanc De Noir $24.99
Pinot Noir lightly pressed, fermentation in stainless steel tank at 13 till 15°C, 2 months on the fine lees.  This white wine from Pinot Noir is pale straw yellow in color with pronounced green highlights. The refreshing nose mirrors redcurrant and red berry tones, highlighted by a fine citrus freshness. Red berries are also prominent on the palate, while abundant herbal aromas underscore the wine’s complexity.
With a long ripe peach refreshing finish vividly invites the next sip!

Food recommendation: Classic Roast of Veal, Duck, Tender Chicken Breast,
Salmon or Swordfish on the grill & Creamy Pasta dishes.

Steindorfer Apetlon Rouge $19.99
The father/son team of Ernst and Roland Steindorfer craft this wine from their nicely ripe Burgenland plots of Blaufränkisch (40%), St. Laurent and Zweigelt (30% each).  Aging for 17 months in 2nd and 3rd use French oak barriques pulls the wine together nicely. In balanced 2019 vintage, this has plenty of ripe cherry and black plum fruit, with a really satisfying sense of weight on the palate and a firm – but still smooth – finish that invites both solo sipping and matching up with all kinds of cookout fare.
Ready now and giving pleasure for 4-5 years to come.

Hartl Reserve Pinot Noir $34.99
94 pts Wine Enthusiast
"This wine's heady Amarena cherry and violet aromas signal both ripeness and complexity.
Subtle smoky oak frames the tender fruit and presents a rich but toned palate
where every nuance is defined. Freshness runs like a faultline.
Smoke, black cherry, violet and licorice notes take turns in dazzling the senses."
