Adami, Bosco di Gica, Prosecco Brut NV $20.99

Bosco di Gica was the name of an ancient forest in Colbertaldo di Vidor.
The wine shows youthful aromas of fruit and blossoms, and a delicate, dry palate.
It is wonderful with lighter dishes featuring vegetables or fish, but it makes a superb aperitif as well.

It’s silky and pliant in feel with a savory, salty mix of mineral-tinged apples and pears that give way to pretty inner florals. Kettmeier Pinot Blanc $18.99
The 2018 Alto Adige Pinot Bianco is a zesty and fresh white wine that shows crisp fruit and floral definition. The bouquet remains smooth and subdued; however, it brings out pretty accents of citrus, peach, chopped basil and crushed mineral at various intervals.
This gives the wine a very attractive sense of momentum and energy.
Pair this summer-fresh white wine with salads or light Thai flavors.

"Made with organically grown grapes, this delicious red has aromas suggesting underbrush, blue flower, eucalyptus and mature black-skinned fruit. The smooth, chewy palate shows ripe Marasca cherry, black plum licorice and hazelnut. Taut, fine-grained tannins provide the framework and generate a rather drying finish."  Winemaker notes - Vibrant red in color. On the nose, intense and persistent; aromas of cherry and blackberry with floral notes - red roses, specifically. Dry with soft tannins and refined red fruits with a trace of mint on the mid-palate. Pairs well with traditional Italian foods, including pasta with tomato sauce as well as roast meats and aged cheeses.
