DOM. LA MAIONNETTE, MEDITERRANEE' BLANC

Stainless steel fermented and harvested at night to keep freshness the production is too small to be reviewed by the critics. This supple white Provençal wine shows brilliant light straw yellow color with off the chart aromas of citrus, flowers and stone fruits. The mid-palate is dominated by notes of exotic fruits, ripe peach, red Anjous pear, lemon zest and a hint of honey. Rounds up on the finish yet displays good acidity and balance though out a lengthy encore.
