Aromatic, ripe red apple and melon notes appear first on the nose, but are underpinned by a savory streak of salty yeast.  The palate brings the yeastiness to the fore, giving a lovely creamy texture. The flavor is fresh, but mellow.  A beautiful departure from Chardonnay with weight, structure and a lasting finish.
