JUMI CHEESE SCHLOSSBERGER JUNG (YOUNG)

An alpine giant from Jumi. Schlossberger Jung is made from raw cow's milk and aged for a minimum of five to seven months. It's mild, slightly bouncy paste offers a slight nuttiness and a delicate tang. Perfect sliced onto a crusty baguette with a country ham and cornichons.
