aroma of dried figs, some dates and raisins, walnut and herbal notes, whisky and toffee; 

taste of dried figs and plum, walnut liqueur, intensive syrupy-caramel notes, honeycomb toffee, herbal medicine, apple, biscuit, hints of anise, some moderately burnt-herbal like bitterness in the background and spicy alcohol; 

excellent English strong ale with definite quadrupel-like features
