The Wines!!
TEGERNSEERHOFF MITTELBACH ROSE, ZWEIGELT $13.99
Brilliant, bright coral in color. Fresh red berry aroma bursts from the glass,
with round strawberry/red raspberry flavors, full texture
and richness yet finishes delightfully dry and crisp.
Rosé does not get any better than this from any region or winemaker.

HARTL ROTGIPFLER $19.99
Aromatic, ripe red apple and melon notes appear first on the nose, but are underpinned by a savory streak of salty yeast.  The palate brings the yeastiness to the fore, giving a lovely creamy texture. The flavor is fresh, but mellow.
A beautiful departure from Chardonnay with weight, structure and a lasting finish.

BAUER SPEIGEL GRUNER VELTLINER $27.99
The Spiegel vineyard has loess in addition to gravel and river rock deposits from the old Danube river when it was wild and forming the Wagram. This gives the wine yellow pear flavors, stone fruit, a light pineapple and mango tropical fruit touch, great structure and a very long well balanced finish. The delicate creamy texture and lively, but pleasant, acidity making it a pure joy to drink. Wonderful now, but also has great aging potential.

HILLINGER RIED UMRISS PINOT NOIR $29.99
This Pinot Noir is characterized by a multi-layered, elegant and sophisticated combination of fruit and noblesse, which reflects the origin of the Leithaberg. Medium garnet red, which turns into soft brick tones, releases a fruity, intense scent of strawberries and raspberries and moist stone, which already testifies to the complexity of this wine. The roasted aroma that already penetrates the nose can also be found on the palate, on which the wine continues its fine interplay of strawberry, raspberry, and red currants. Fleshy tones mix into this fruitiness, reminiscent of delicately cured Prosciutto.

HILLINGER SMALL HILL $14.99
50% Merlot, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% St. Laurent.
Leo Hillinger created this blend to make an easy, soft, drinkable, red with dark fruit.
A light oak barrel touch and eloquent tannins,
this red speaks of drinkability with plush texture and friendly flavors to the finish.

HILLINGER 'LEITHABERG' BLAUFRANKISCH $34.99
The exquisite freshness of tart, red cherry mingles with the perfume of cinnamon-sprinkled blueberries.
The palate then presents wonderfully ripe but tart fruits of the forest, again with that lovely cinnamon inflection.
The body is sinuous, slender but firm. The finish is gloriously spicy.
