Too small a production to be reviewed, but
we have been a fan of their clean terroir-based wines for at least ten years.
With the average vine age of 25 years,
this wine is the perfect friend for barbecue, salads, fish, chicken and,
of course, as an aperitif.
An ideal wine served well-chilled during warm days on the deck or patio.
Crisp, mouth-watering and delicious with salty snacks!
Our Thoughts on this wine....
A very aromatic dry rosé with tons of fresh strawberry and
watermelon flavors. Le Rosé displays an elegant fruitiness with a nicely balanced finish.
This wine is the perfect accompaniment for barbecue and spicy salads,
as well as elegant, dry-rubbed poultry dishes.
