Pasqua Prosecco Rose' $24.99

Sparkling wine made using the Charmat method, produced with the “Glera” varietal, native to the Treviso area and Pinot Nero. In this land, there are the best soils and weather conditions, ensuring a wine with unique characteristics.
It is a vivacious and fresh wine that is versatile and quaffable, suitable for all occasions.  
The elegance of Glera enhanced by the structure of Pinot Nero. Prosecco rosé has a coppery color and a refined bouquet. 
On the palate is fresh and fruity with attractive scents raspberries.

Bright youthful garnet color of medium intensity. 
Sweet ripe cherry and red plum aromas with a hint of minerality and spicy pipe tobacco. Aromas are medium+ intensity. 
Aromas repeat as flavors, with a spicy lingering finish.

 

Clay Shannon Cabernet Sauvignon $27.99
From the hillsides of Napa and Lake counties, this Cabernet has the best of both counties.
Bright fruit, spice, and texture come from the high elevations of Lake County and dark fruits, old-world characters and dried herbs come from the low elevations of Napa County.
The merriment of the two create tobacco, cherry, and cassis aromas.
On the palate, we get dried fruits, old world spice, integrated oak, notes of cedar and a lingering finish. 
Blend: 59% Napa County, 41% Lake County.
