La Fin Du Monde recreates the style of beer originally developed in the middle ages by Trappist monks for special occasions.
A golden ale. Mildly yeasty with notes of malt, fruit and spice, followed by a smooth, dry finish.

Wolfberger Cremant D'Alsace Brut, NV $21.99
Cremant d’Alsace Brut represents the majority of Cremant d' Alsace production. and uses Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Auxerrois, and Chardonnay. Wolfberger's Cremant d'Alsace Brut has a pale golden color. Fine, persistent bubbles.
Floral nose with a hint of spiciness, gentle fruitiness (peach, apricot), and lovely balance.
Fruity and lively in the palate, it has a clean and crisp finish. Cremant d'Alsace is pleasant young, but can also age in the cellar for several years. It should be served well-chilled, to fully reveal its delicate flavor, aroma and freshness.
Wolfberger Alsace Edelzwicker 1 L $17.99
Edelzwicker is a reminder of an old tradition of blending noble grapes.
Nowadays each grape variety is harvested individually on the most suitable date for each vineyard.
Edelzwicker shows a pale yellow color with green highlights. The nose is expressive and offers fruity aromas of pear, white peach, lemon zest and floral notes. The palate is fresh and crisp with citrus flavors. It is round and easy drinking with a clean finish.

It mingles aromas of ripe raspberry, black and morello cherries with hints of flint, ink, clove and black pepper.
The highly vibrant palate has a sound underlying structure which is powerful yet velvety,
thanks to tannins which, despite mellowing, are still very perceptible.
This is a stylish wine bearing the hallmarks of its terroir with a long and spicy finish.
