The Beers!!
Aslin Pilsner 4 pack 16 oz. $13.99
5.4% ABV
Bohemian pilsner hopped with Saaz, clear pale color, and has a cloud like head. Aroma is clean with rich sense of malt and spice. Flavor follows the nose with a light-to-medium hop presence. The finish is crisp and clean!

Solace Sun
Out Hops Out Session IPA 4 pack 12 oz. $7.99
4.7% ABV
Crisp easy drinking Session IPA. Brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops. So, what does Sun’s Out Hops Out have to offer then? First and foremost, there is a ton of tropical fruitiness to be found within the lightly hazy IPA.  Tangerine, grapefruit and pine lead the way for a leafy and natural hop profile that the Wine Cabinet Staff personally enjoys.

Lickinghole Creek Nuclear Nugget Imperial Honey IPA 4 pack 16 oz. $17.99
 10.5% ABV
Nuclear nugget is a hop bomb -it's not delicate or subtle. It explodes with flavor of citrus flowers and strong herbal and spice notes. Bearer Farms Goochland clover honey attempts attempts to contain the Nuggets fallout, only to be radiated with dry hop nugget additions. Not intended for the faint of heart or on uninitiated. Proceed with caution.

Commonwealth Gnarwhale Imperial Tiki Stout 4 pack 16 oz. $24.99

ABV: 12%
Imperial Tiki Stout with Pineapple, Banana, Coconut Crème, Macadamia Nut, and Madagascar Vanilla Bean.

The Wines!!
Prosecco Rose' Cabert $14.99

Fruity and floral, fresh!!
Pinot Noir is vinified in red in the traditional way for 10 days, followed by soft pressing and malolactic fermentation and then it rests on its yeasts. Glera grapes are macerated in a cold way for 16 hours to extract all their aromaticity and then they are softly pressed. They ferment then at a temperature of 16-18°. The second fermentation begins with the blend of the two base wines, Prosecco and Pinot Noir, and the refermentation in autoclave up to the residue of 13 g/l of sugars. Then follows the refinement in autoclave for 60 days at 12 ° C with periodic battonage.

Nobile Delle Rocche Trebbiano D'Abruzzo $9.99
Straw yellow. Distinctive yellow fruit aroma.
Fresh, soft and balanced. Ideally served with white meat or fish based dishes.

Fonteschiavo Pecorino $16.99
The first thing that comes to mind when you hear “Pecorino” is likely “Romano” (or Toscano or Sardo, if you know and love your cheeses). But the name of everyone’s favorite piquant-to-the-core cheese is shared with another Italian comestible: a crisp, aromatic white wine.
Once you get to know it — and you’ll want to get to know it — Pecorino will find its place in your heart alongside big-name white wines like Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio. It’s the kind of grape that can be approachably youthful or age-worthy and complex.

Castello Di Montastero Chianti Superiore DOCG $22.99
This wine is made from 85% Sangiovese grapes with 15% Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and is refined for seven months in small oak barrels. This Chianti Superiore is an all-meal wine: its dry bouquet has hints of vanilla, with a persistent and harmonious taste.

Mustiaio Grande Baccio Rosso, Super Tuscan $29.99
A lovely well balanced wine, brilliant and intense ruby red with violet glitters which evolve in time into quitter shades of garnet.  Complex, enchanting bouquet with traces of ripe cherry, prune, tobacco, pepper that blend with soft nuances of licorice, vanilla and oak.  Velvet, warm and generous to the palate, goes perfectly with rick and spicy dishes such as grilled meat, stew, game and cured cheese.  Try to enjoy it with a hand made black berry jam tart or with a dark chocolate cake.
