The Wines!!
Savian Pinot Girgio, Organic, √enezia $13.99
This wine is a delight to the eye with its many hues changing from pale yellow to its characteristic sand colour,
as well as to the nose with its slightly fruity bouquet, accompanied by a light note of almonds.
Soft and harmonious, slightly bitter in taste.

Grechetto, Colli Martani $15.99

James Suckling – 90 Points .
Attractive fresh-pineapple character, but without pineapple’s strident acidity.
The delicate hint of smoke really adds something and the finish is super-harmonious, drink now.
Grechetto is the main autochthonous white varietal of Umbria .
When blended it is widespread in the Orvieto area, while pure in the Colli Martani whose territory is part of Montefalco.

Castelvecchio Piemonte Rosso $12.99

Nebbiolo – Barbera – Dolcetto
Ruby red in color, in time develops garnet tones. It has an intense and mature aroma, full body with a fresh taste of red berries.
It has a pleasant “fresh” wine nose, which becomes ethereal while aging
A wine with fresh fruit taste and great character that ages well.

Rosso Gandinaia, Syrah, Tenuta Colombarola $21.99

13.5% ABV
Bright ruby-red with slight garnet highlights.
AROMA: slightly dried black berries (marasca cherry, elderberry, blueberry and blackcurrant) with a pleasant hint of wild strawberries.
Floral scents (pinks, violets, dried red rose) with overtones of aromatic golden-leaf tobacco, liquorice and a balsamic pepper mix.
A perfectly integrated and pleasant vanilla and oaky aroma.
FLAVOUR: a good structure, elegant and well-balanced alcohol, softness and acidity; pleasant and round with intense, soft tannins well blended into the structure.
The aftertaste starts off reminiscent of black fruits and golden-leaf tobacco, and closes with a long, rich finish of vanilla and spice.

Lionello Marchesi Rosso Di Montalcino $29.99
A few months ago we featured Lionello Marchesi's outstanding 2011 Brunello di Montalcino and it was a hit!
This month, we were lucky enough to get our hands on his 2012 Rosso di Montalcino, a 'baby brother' to the Brunello.
The result is a wine that is fresher and more easily paired with dishes of every kind.
This wine nevertheless boasts an excellent structure; fruity, with impressive and persistent perfumes and suitable for moderate aging.

The Beers!!
Peak Organic Super Fresh Dryhopped Pilsener, 4 pack $15.99
The assertive big brother of Peak’s dry hopped pilsner, Fresh Cut, which we do carry year-round.
Featuring Chinook, Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe hops,  it truly is a “Wicked Dry-Hopped Pilsner”.
Super Fresh bursts with waves of delicious citrus and tropical hop flavor, while finishing clean and crisp.

Commonwealth Briolette, 4 pack $19.99

Double IPA - 8.2 % ABV
Their first use of Idaho Gem paired with Mosaic hops, candied pear and citrus notes.

Einstok Toasted Icelandic Porter, 6 pack $11.99

Toasted Porter With clear notes of toffee and dark chocolate, this Porter is roasty and rich, offering a medium body that is robust, yet smooth on the palate.
Toasted and chocolate malts give it a sinister black color, but its easy-to-drink taste will have you believing there’s no need to be afraid of the dark.
