Colutta Pinot Grigio 2018 - 90 Points Wine Enthusiast.
Giorgio Colutta is famed as one of the very best winemakers working in Coli Orientali del Friuli.
Ripe stone fruit, crisp autumn apple, and a touch of lime zest show on the nose and palate.
Nicely round in texture, the finish arrives crisp, clean and dry with light notes of river stone and white peaches.

Dievole Due Arbie Bianco Toscana IGT 2018 - 60% Trebbiano, 20%
Malvasia, 10% Sauvignon, 10% Chardonnay.  Aged 3 months in neutral French oak, this is a melding of two worlds.
Due Arbie brings the ripeness and density of California Chardonnay to the structure and poise of a classic Italian white.
Fresh and aromatic, yet rich and opulent, this is a classic option for the holiday table.
A palate lined with zesty citrus refreshes with each sip, while a core of summer-ripe pineapple, stone fruit, and golden delicious apples counters any winter-weather dish.

 Veglio Dolcetto d'Alba 2017
Alessandro Veglio's Dolcetto is a fresh, elegant example of an otherwise intense grape.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel, Velgio preserves a fresh buoyancy in his wine that often goes overlooked by producers choosing to embrace excessive levels of barrel aging.
The resulting wine is dark yet lively, with elements of dark berries, bittersweet chocolate, and dried plums on the palate.

Dievole Due Arbie Chianti Superiore 2016
This is an Italian classic redone under modern trappings.  80% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot.
Fermented with native yeast in unrefined concrete vats for about 2 weeks and later aged in untoasted French oak barrels for 12 months.
In this case, the palate steps away from that of traditional Chianti, opening with balanced notes of dark plums, nutmeg spice, and ripe, dark cherries.
The finish is classic, with pomegranate, strawberry, chocolate, and a touch of leather.

Dievole Novecento Riserva DOCG 2015
100% Sangiovese from vines grown in a blend of clay, marl, and limestone soils.
The wine undergoes a fifteen day fermentation in large cement tanks and further maceration in Slavonian oak.
It is then aged for eighteen months in French oak casks.
The resulting wine is a beautifully elegant and inviting example of Chianti, with fine, persistent tannins, ripe red fruit, and a deeply spiced persona.

And these great Beers!
