The Wines!!
Remhoogte HoneyBunch Chenin Blanc $24.99
Golden in colour, you can see the richness of this wine shine from the moment you pour it.
It spends some time in oak, although does not have an ‘oakey’ profile, the wooden barrels help this wine develop its complexity. It has a nose of floral honeysuckle, acacia and limes.
The palate is rich and long; flavours of preserved lemon, honeydew melon, apricots and green peppers.

Thelema Chardonnay $23.99
Aromas of ripe peach, grapefruit marmalade, blossoms and complex yeasty flavours complement the toasty oak in the wine.
The palate is clean with a lovely texture and long finish.
Pairing - Full flavoured dishes such as lobster, tuna, chicken and pork.

Noble Hill Rose' $17.99
100% Mourvedre
The wine elicits aromas of rose water, strawberries, watermelon, and black currant.
It has a crisp, dry finish and is perfect alongside the BBQ. Serve chilled.

Remhoogte Pinotage $19.99
Today Pinotage is a popular South African export both as a single varietal wine and in Cape blends. It is grown very minimally outside of South Africa. In the Glass.
There is no mistaking the smell of Pinotage—common descriptors include tobacco, smoke, tar, bacon, licorice, hoisin sauce and dark fruits of plum and blackberry.

Thelema Mountain Red $15.99
This wine shows inviting aromas of juicy black fruit, mulberries, plums and hints of warm spice.
After spending 18 months in barrel, the palate is soft and juicy with well rounded tannins and a long, delicious finish.
Pairing - Particularly good with light and medium flavoured meals, such as pizza and BBQ.

 

The Beers!!
Maine Beer Co., Woods and Water Ale, 12 oz. $8.99
We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and WatersNational Monument.
We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors.

Center of the Universe Chameleon, 4 pack $15.99
Chameleon IPA is our solution to an ever-changing palate in craft beer consumers.
Juicy, hazy, and crushable, Chameleon IPA allows us to change up the flavor profile while still maintaining the brand identity.
Every time Chameleon IPA changes hop profiles, the bottom of the can will have the hop abbreviations next to the date code.
